Describe in detail the state/church violation. Include who, what, when, where, how, and, if known, why. In order for NIA to take action. Include complete information on offending government institution/official, including names and addresses. If you do not provide complete information, we will not be able to respond or take action on your complaint. We do not accept file attachments through our webform. If you have a photo, letter, scan or other document to substantiate your complaint, please let us know here. We will request it if necessary.
