NIA Notifies Warsaw Public Schools of First Amendment Violations
After concerned district parents contacted NIA to report several state/church violations, we sent a letter to Warsaw Public Schools Superintendent, David Hoffert, outlining the violations and requesting a response detailing the steps the district is taking to remedy these violations. We also requested the school system do more to protect the rights of conscience of their students in the future.
